Vendor Information & Participation Guide

  • The Huntsville Tea Festival is a curated gathering celebrating tea culture, community, and craftsmanship. This unique event brings together tea lovers, artisans, and experts for an afternoon and evening of tastings, education, and meaningful connection in a warm and elegant atmosphere.

    Time: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

    Location: Annabella at Cedar Glen – Huntsville, Alabama

  • We are seeking a thoughtfully selected group of vendors whose products align with tea culture and enhance the guest experience. Ideal vendors include:

    Loose leaf tea companies

    Tea accessories and teaware artisans

    Bakeries and tea-time treats

    Specialty food vendors (jams, honey, chocolates, etc.)

    Lifestyle and handmade goods that complement tea culture

    • A 10×10 dedicated booth space in a high-traffic vendor area

    • Exposure to a targeted audience of tea enthusiasts and shoppers

    • Promotion through festival social media and marketing efforts

    • Opportunity to sell products and build brand awareness

    • Networking with fellow vendors and tea industry professionals

    • Wifi throughout the event space

    • Shared hot water refilling areas

    • Provide high-quality, thoughtfully presented products

    • You provide 10×10 pop-up canopy, tables, chairs

    • Maintain a welcoming and engaging booth presence

    • Be fully set up prior to event opening

    • Remain set up and present for the entirety of the event (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

    • Comply with all applicable local health and safety regulations

    • Contribute to an atmosphere that reflects the charm and culture of tea

    • Load-in begins at 12:00 PM (unless otherwise discussed in advance)

    • Vendors must be fully set up before doors open at 2:00 PM

    • Standard booth space will be provided (details shared upon acceptance)

    • Vendors are responsible for their own displays, setup, and signage

    • Breakdown will begin after the event concludes at 9:00 PM

      Select vendors may also be invited to:

    • Offer tastings or live demonstrations

    • Participate in educational sessions

    • Contribute items for festival raffles
